Curriculum

Our program is organized into 4-week cycles.

Students are assigned homework depending on their event. Homework includes preparing speeches, and taking notes on example videos. Homework usually takes 1-2 hours to complete if done thoroughly.

Students meet with coaches in groups of 4-6 weekly over video call to present their speeches. They receive specific one-on-one feedback from peers and coaches, and complete developmental exercises.
